Robotics Consulting Services Disclaimer

This Disclaimer defines the nature and limits of the robotics consulting services provided by Zentarix Engine. It is important that clients understand exactly what our services are, and what they are not, before beginning an engagement.

01Advisory nature of our services

Zentarix Engine provides robotics systems consulting and operational support services that are advisory, documentation, and training-focused in nature. This includes workflow assessments, preparation of user documentation, educational workshops, and operational process reviews related to robotics systems. Everything we deliver is intended to inform and support your own decision-making.

02Services we do not provide

Our services do not include, and should never be understood to include, any of the following:

• Robotics manufacturing or fabrication
• Hardware installation or physical setup of equipment
• Industrial automation integration
• Custom software development
• Equipment maintenance or repair
• Operation of client machinery or robotic systems

If you require any of these activities, they must be arranged with an appropriately qualified provider. We are glad to prepare documentation or training around such systems, but we do not perform the work itself.

03No guarantee of specific outcomes

Our assessments, documents, workshops, and reviews reflect professional judgment based on the information available at the time of delivery. We do not warrant any specific operational efficiency, cost saving, safety result, or business outcome. Results depend on many factors within your control that are beyond the scope of an advisory engagement.

04Safety and compliance remain with the client

You remain fully responsible for the safe operation of your equipment and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and manufacturer instructions. Our materials do not replace manufacturer documentation, certified safety guidance, or the advice of qualified engineers where such advice is required.

05Reliance on client information

The quality and accuracy of our deliverables depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for conclusions affected by information that was withheld, incomplete, or inaccurate at the time of the engagement.

06Independent, vendor-neutral position

Zentarix Engine sells no hardware and holds no integration contracts. Our recommendations are independent. Any reference to a product or vendor is descriptive only and does not constitute an endorsement or a recommendation to purchase.

07Use of deliverables

Deliverables are prepared for the client and the systems described in the scope of work. Applying them to different equipment, sites, or circumstances without a further review may produce results we cannot stand behind. Please contact us before reusing materials outside their original context.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentarix Engine is not liable for losses arising from the use of advisory materials beyond their intended purpose. Where liability applies, it is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
